Heat Transfer Specifics:

Eating chocolate treated with
Coco-Go-Loco heat wafers can be a surprise experience for some people,
even when they know to expect it.

Therefore, Coco-Go-Loco suggests all individuals read and agree to our Heat Transfer Agreement before use of any Coco-Go-Loco item, whether "heat-treated", "heat-infused", "heat-permeated" or of any other description.

You should also ensure that any and all Coco-Go-Loco hot items in your care be handled with the same caution and good practices you use in your home, business, or other affiliation when dealing with any sensory-hot foodstuffs. For example, persons with sensitive stomachs may experience the same digestive upsets as when eating any other sensory-hot food; such adults should not eat more than one (and most children should not eat any!) completed item made with coco-go-loco heat-injected product.

Coco-Go-Loco can provide a Heat Transfer Agreement for your use,
which can be helpful for preparing consumers for the surprise
that hot chocolate presents when eaten:

By accepting any Coco-Go-Loco item, I hereby agree to all of the following: That by acquiring any Coco-Go-Loco heat-treated, heat-infused, or heat-permeated product or any Coco-Go-Loco item of similar description, I will not use such product in any prank, tom-foolery or other activity which might possibly result in bodily harm and/or discomfort to any unwary individual. If I acquire infused heat wafer(s), I will not present said wafers to any individual as candy, since it is too hot to be considered edible; and I will not at any time present Coco-Go-Loco product to any individual under any circumstances except upon first warning that individual of its heat content. I also hereby agree I will not allow young children or pets access to this product, since touching the eyes or other sensitive areas after handling can produce a burning effect. I accept that heat generated by heat wafers or heat-treated finished product can be uncomfortable for some persons, and I agree that I will exercise common sense, good judgment, and caution when presenting to others. I also accept that no person should consume quantities of finished product any more than they would consume quantities of any other heat-intense food item, since such abuse can cause digestive upset, burns, or other injury or discomfort. I therefore agree to closely monitor heat wafers and finished heat products for proper usage and accept all responsibility for any and all such use of any product offered by myself or my affiliate(s). Further, I will store any uneaten product in a safe place, inaccessible to pets, children, or any person(s) of immature behavior.

SPECIAL WARM WEATHER PACKING
If the temperature during shipping can be expected to exceed 75 degrees between your location and ours, you may want to consider warm weather packaging which will include an insulated shipping carton and ice pack. Keep in mind that our products are "remeltables", not finished candy, and therefore should be expected to arrive in "remeltable" condition, not high-gloss retail candy condition. "Heat-infused" means
